Conner was so cute with her trying to teach her how to run and slide. She couldn't do it on her own, but she had fun just running and jumping in the pool at the end. Conner loved spraying the kids with the water and they liked it too, but he got a little crazy at moments.

Gateway
We have been to the Gateway mall a million times, but never to the fountains with Avery so I thought it was about time. I invited my friend Shauna and her 2 boys Gavin and Conner. Avery mostly stayed on the outside of the fountains she didn't want to get in for some odd reason. Shauna and I both risked getting wet to see if that would help her get use to the idea.. Still no luck she did not like it at all. She has been to splash parks and loves them, but not this one..the water was cold, so maybe that's why..who knows!
Gavin and Conner at least had fun running through the fountains. Avery did like laying on the cement with the boys too warm up. After we headed over to Dairy queen for some yummy ice cream.
Boston turns 3
Saturday June 11th we were invited to Boston's birthday party. He had a pirate themed party so fun! Cheryl made the treasure chest birthday cake..so amazing! We started off with Boston opening is birthday presents he got some pretty cool gifts. After they did a pinata Avery got in on the action, but little prissy girl didn't hit it too hard..I guess we need to teach her how to swing a bat. They were so excited when all the candy came out, but even more excited to eat it!

After cake and ice cream it was time for swimming. Last year for Avery's birthday Lindsey gave her a blow up pirate ship. Avery didn't like it too much, but at least Boston did. Avery loved the arm floaties that we put on her. She was kicking her legs and keeping her self up so good. She loved swimming by herself, and she would get so mad if daddy tried to help. She was even floating on her back like a champ!
She also loved the baby floatie. Daddy would swim under water and grab her legs and she would laugh so hard. She had so much fun. Happy 3rd Birthday Bosty boy we love you!!

Lagoon
This year will be our last year in Layton, so we decided to get Lagoon passes. Its only like 5 minutes from our house, and with passes you can come and go as you please. The first time we went we went for a couple of hours after Brett got off work. Avery's first ride was the cars and she was so excited to get on. She was smiling and waving at us the whole time..loved it! There was one small problem after the ride was over she did not want to get off. She didn't understand why she couldn't just stay on and go around again. Trying to get her to understand that you had to stand in line and wait your turn was impossible!
Her other favorite was the airplanes. There were a couple that went a little fast for her that she wasn't a fan of, but maybe we will have to keep trying. Daddy was able to go on the roller coaster and the octopus with her. It's so fun to see her get so excited about a ride! I have taken her again since and she is loving it more and more. This summer is already turning out to be so fun! I love making memories with my little girl.

Brooklyn & Rylee
Brooklyn and Rylee came to Utah for a visit. We were so excited to see them and spend the day playing!! We started off with an afternoon at Airborne. It was such a nice day to go because we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Everyone loved it and Brandon came, so of course they had a blast. Avery loves her cousins and they were so cute with her. When she says Brooklyn it sounds like brocoli..so cute! The kids didn't want to leave, but we had to get back to Grandma's for naps.

Memorial Day
Memorial day we had a fun day planned with friends. The weather was not cooperating, so we had to plan things indoors. We started the day off with going to Airborne (our new favorite place). This time the boys were able to come with us, and I think they enjoyed it more than the kids!!

Us girls were on the side lines watching them all have a blast!
Love watching him you never stop laughing! Thanks everyone for coming we had such a great night. We have such amazing friends and all of our kids love being together.
