Easter was so fun with Avery this year! Brett had to work all day, so we got Avery right up before he had to leave so we could see what the Easter bunny brought her. She got so excited when she saw her Easter basket and she dove right into the eggs. She was not really interested in looking at the rest of the presents...she just loved the candy!! She got a Mrs potato head, snow white, book and a new little outfit. She was so giddy all morning and I think she might of had a little too much candy for breakfast!! Brett's parents came by to give Avery more presents. They gave her a little Dora chair, sand bucket, fruit snacks and an outfit. She is one spoiled little girl.
We headed to my parents for more Easter fun. We spent the morning watching conference and Avery's favorite part was playing with her cousins. We had a great night having an Easter egg hunt, decorating cupcakes and eating yummy taco soup for dinner. Avery's cousins were so nice to play ring around the rosies over and over(her new favorite game). She gets so excited and runs up to you and holds out her hands and says "ring"..so cute!! Avery ate so much candy I think she will be good for the rest of the year. I would find her on the table sneaking jelly beans, and she was going through all her cousins Easter baskets getting candy. Sh was on a crazy sugar rush, but she was loving every minute of it. It was such a fun Easter, but we missed daddy and wish he could of shared the day with us.
Avery and Lila have to be the cutest cousins ever!! They are only 6 months apart and I love to see them play together.
